Law of Armed Conflict (LoAC) Course Underway at the RPA

Twenty-five military, police, correction service and civilian personnel from the Republic of Rwanda are currently attending the Law of Armed Conflict (LoAC) Course at the Rwanda Peace Academy (RPA) in Musanze.

The course was organized in partnership between the Rwanda Peace Academy, the Government of Japan and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).  Its aim is to provide participants with knowledge of International Humanitarian Law and to offer an innovative analysis of the legal uncertainties.

The training will run up to 15 October 2021.
